During business hours, The Raptor Center has staff available at 612-624-4745. The Raptor Center building accepts injured raptors Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4:00 p.m.

After 4:00 p.m. daily, The Raptor Center is officially closed. However, from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a Raptor Center clinician is available by phone for injured raptor consultations. Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., call 612-702-9924. On Saturday, please call 612-702-9931. No raptors should be left at the Center's front door.
