Dr. Kevin Thorsgaard was raised in Bloomington and attended St. Olaf College in Northfield. He graduated from the University of Minnesota's School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990.

In 1991, he moved to Eagan with his wife, two children, and two shelties. He joined the Valley View staff after 10 years at White Bear Animal Hospital and 3 years at Companion Animal Hospital.

Outside the office, Dr. Kevin enjoys travel, skiing, golf, fishing, biking, rollerblading, and crossword puzzles.
